We ship our carefully curated pre-loved pieces from Jávea, Spain, with care and sustainability in mind. All orders are securely packaged.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET usually ship the same day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email.

• Spain (including local zones): 1–4 business days
• EU countries listed above: 3–8 business days
• UK, Switzerland & Rest of World: 7–21 business days (customs may add time)

All shipments are trackable.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable partners such as Correos, SEUR, and DHL for secure delivery.

5. Important Notes

• International orders (outside listed EU/UK zones) may incur additional customs duties, import VAT, or taxes payable to your local authorities upon arrival. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
• If your country is not available at checkout or you have questions, please contact us before ordering.
• Local pickup is available in the Alicante / Valencia / Castellón area — select the option at checkout and we will arrange a convenient time.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it in your Tharchives account.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If a package is delayed or lost (confirmed by the carrier), we will issue a refund or replacement once the claim is processed.
